Laws and Government

I do not think new teenage drivers should be able to drive with friends in the car because they are not mature so they cannot keep their mind and also they cannot control their cars well. They do not think about accident and results. Their mind are more active with friends so they do not want to think about the laws. They hardly obey the law with friends. They want to be famous persons by staunt driving on the road.
